Each Business Development Executive will manage a dynamic and flexible call file across a defined geographical region, of target bars, restaurants and hotels which offer an opportunity for the brand they will represent

 

Prospecting is a critical part of the role to achieve clearly defined targets and therefore each BDE will need to be able to identify prospects clearly against a set list of criteria and have the tenacity and local knowledge to hunt them out

 

This is a challenging role where BDE’s will be expected to thrive in varied hours of work engaging and selling in the On Trade channel

 

Each BDE is responsible for delivering their objectives within each outlet with direction and focus provided by their Team Manager and will be rewarded through a strong incentive for success

 

Using a variety of sales techniques, the BDE will be expected to communicate all details and the unique points of the spirit to positively influence the availability and visibility

What is the role?
Working for CPM as a Business Development Executive on our Grocery Team, you will be visiting the major grocery multiples within a defined territory promoting the clients products. Your primary function is to increase sales by maximising product availability, visibility and through building effective relationships with key store contacts. You will be developing business plans with key contacts to provide tailor made solutions for each store and to enable you to do this you will have instant access to sales data via a tablet.
