The Pay and benefits:
You will be working for CPM as a Confectionary Consultant representing chocolate products. The Salary is £9.89 per hour with 4 weeks paid holiday pro-rata per annum and mileage at 32p per mile for the first 150 miles and 23p after that. Please note that you will be using your own car for this role. CPM will also provide business insurance for your named vehicle. You will still need your own personal insurance. Full T&C’s apply.

What is the role?
• Working for CPM representing one of the UK’s leading FMCG brands, you will be calling into Grocery and Convenience retail stores
• You will be covering the above territory, in this key role being deployed across the region as and where coverage is required.
• Key aspects of the role include building effective relationships and influencing key contacts through the use of excellent communication skills.
• Working alongside decision makers to educate and maximise product availability and deliver in store disciplines.

Who are we looking for?

What is the role?
A World Leading Chocolate manufacturer has brought trusted brands to consumers in the UK since 1932. Representing this client’s products you would be working for CPM as a Business Development Executive on our Grocery Team.

• You will be visiting the major grocery multiples within a defined territory promoting the clients products.
• Your primary function is to increase sales by maximising product availability, visibility and through building effective relationships with key store contacts.
• You will be developing business plans with key contacts to provide tailor made solutions for each store and to enable you to do this you will have instant access to sales data via a tablet.
