Here at CPM we are looking for someone to join our GlaxoSmithKline Grocery team. Driving the growth of Nutritional Healthcare within the grocery sector you will be responsible for brands such as Lucozade, Ribena, Panadol, Aquafresh, Beechams and Niquitin. You will interrogate specific store and group data and present a sales story in order to influence availability, visibility and secondary sightings for the brands.
Working autonomously as well as within a team, you will be target driven and responsive to deadlines. Able to build strong working relationships with your clients you will be comfortable working with a wide range of data in order to present compelling in store information.
The successful candidate will have an FMCG background and/or experience within the top 4 Grocery Multiples and be of graduate calibre. You will be able to clearly demonstrate commercial acumen to drive the ROI.

We are currently looking to recruit Retail Development Executives that are:-

• Strong communicators, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with your customers, store contacts and industry specialists

You will need to combine your product knowledge with relationship building, sales skills and merchandising. You will also be required to work approximately two early mornings, setting up stands at builder’s merchants to demonstrate and sell the product ranges to the building trade.

The role
You will be visiting department stores and high street outlets. You will be responsible for checking promotional compliance of ‘gift with purchase’, availability and display, and delivery of testers and blotters to stores.
