What does itinvolve?

 

CPM are putting together a tactical team of Sales Advisors/Merchandisersto support our existing contract team calling into independent retailers togain additional distribution for our new Galaxy Duet bars. Thecontract team will be selling in deals and your role will be to follow up,deliver and site the product and dump bin and to collect payment.

 

You will need to:

 

 

·        Visit specified C & C daily to collectthe GalaxyDuet barsstock for pre-defined call file/transactions

·        Visit Safestores to collect dumpbins asrequired

·        Journey plan days call file

·        Visit stores on call file, complete the cashtransaction with the DM on site

·        (Galaxy Duet Confectionery deals will have beenpre-sold into stores by the Mars Contract team)

·        Build and site the Galaxy Duet Dump bin onthe shop floor & fill with stock.

·        Take photos (digital camera/phone-photo) instore of Dump bin installation merchandised with stock.

·        Report installation results daily using TFR(Tactical retail force) & to maintain regular daily communication with yourTeam Manager

·        Full product and sales training will beprovided via Online briefing & day 1 briefing at C&C

·        Be responsible for stock/dump bin within ownregion

 

 

The Ideal person will be:

·        Confident, articulate with stronginterpersonal skills

·        Experienced in calling  on Cash and Carries & independents

·        Used to dealing with Cash transactions/Cashreconciliation

Here at CPM we are recruiting for a Part Time Confectionery Consultant to join our team driving sales and improving the displays and availability of the UK’s most iconic confectionery products on behalf of our client within the independent sector.

What is the role?
In this exciting role you will maximize sales opportunities, advise retailers of new products and promotions, ensure existing and new displays meet high standards and are maintained following agreed plans & negotiate for extra and additional ranges. You will also be collecting stock from a cash & carry and selling in the confectionary brands during your calls.

You will be representing much-loved confectionery brands. Fully aware of competitor activity, you will gather information and encourage input from customers, using your strong influencing skills to establish and build rapport. All the information you collect in call will be recorded on a tablet.
