Here at CPM we are looking for Retail Development Executive to join our LRS Grocery team. Driving the growth of Nutritional Healthcare within the grocery sector you will be responsible for brands such as Lucozade, Ribena, Panadol, Aquafresh, Beechams and Niquitin. You will interrogate specific store and group data and present a sales story in order to influence availability, visibility and secondary sightings for the brands.

Working autonomously as well as within a team, you will be target driven and responsive to deadlines. Able to build strong working relationships with your clients you will be comfortable working with a wide range of data in order to present compelling in store information.

The successful Sales Representative will have an FMCG background and/or experience within the top 4 Grocery Multiples and be of graduate calibre. You will be able to clearly demonstrate commercial acumen to drive the ROI.

• You will be briefed before the conference starts – however you will not be needed on stage until 14.55 – 16.25
• Enter the conference room from the rear of the room, walk, dance, the length of the conference room, interacting with delegates (high fives etc)
• During the presentation interact with the presenters on the m ain stage and walk around holding posters eg ‘Applause’ , Cheer, Boo etc
• You should not remove the costume in front of delegates / on the stage.
• You are required to act professionally at all times whilst representing CPM & Mars.

What is the role?

Managing a call file of circa 280 outlets across Retail, Health, Fitness and Sports sites to include Retail Outlets, National Gym/Leisure Accounts, Sports Stadia, Independent Gyms, Leisure Centres and Sports Clubs

The essence of the role is to:
• Ensure regular interaction with the outlet key decision makers and build long term, effective business relationships.
• Achieve head office or locally agreed distribution agreements for key sku's.
• Leverage Maxinutrition's science platform in all interactions with outlet personnel ensuring that our brand’s credibility is established and results in enduring distribution and personal endorsement.
• Achieve outlet brand visibility / equity objectives through the delivery of a programme of education focused activities driving long term recommendation and endorsement by key customer facing staff and ensuring the key brand messages are highly visible through the placement of point of sale.
