Here at CPM we are recruiting for a Part Time Confectionery Consultant to join our team driving sales and improving the displays and availability of the UK’s most iconic confectionery products on behalf of our client within the independent sector.

What is the role?

In this exciting role you will maximize sales opportunities, advise retailers of new products and promotions, ensure existing and new displays meet high standards and are maintained following agreed plans & negotiate for extra and additional ranges. You will also be collecting stock from a cash & carry and selling in the confectionary brands during your calls.

You will be representing much-loved confectionary brands. Fully aware of competitor activity, you will gather information and encourage input from customers, using your strong influencing skills to establish and build rapport. All the information you collect in call will be recorded on a tablet.

Who are we looking for?

What does the role entail?

The campaign is based around demonstrating products from 3 of the best known household brands, highlighting the great features of each product, selling, advising and delivering key messages with a view to raising awareness of the brands and increasing sales.

Role:
• To deliver demonstrations and sell various products within PC World and Currys stores at the front of store, where you will welcome all customers and engage with professionalism and excellence
• You are to create a fun and engaging environment in store
• You will create theatre for the brands and products you are demonstrating
• You will be engaging with customers using a head mic, demonstrating the products and selling the benefits to the customer
• Use of own phone to report daily on the TRF app
• You are to achieve minimum sales targets of focus products

Essential Attributes:
• Comfortable using a head mic
• A passion for cleaning and an interest in domestic appliances

Briefing:

• Visit specified C & C daily to collect Snickers and Hazelnut stock for pre-defined call file/transactions
• Visit Safestores to collect dumpbins as required
• Journey plan days call file
• Visit stores on call file, complete the cash transaction with the DM on site
• (Snickers and Hazelnut Confectionery deals will have been pre-sold into stores by the Mars Contract team)
• Build and site the Snickers and Hazelnut Dump bin on the shop floor & fill with stock.
• Take photos (digital camera/phone-photo) in store of Dump bin installation merchandised with stock.
• Report installation results daily via web reporting (Tactical Retail Force) & to maintain regular daily communication with your Team Manager

Here at CPM we are looking for someone to join our GlaxoSmithKline Grocery team. Driving the growth of Nutritional Healthcare within the grocery sector you will be responsible for brands such as Lucozade, Ribena, Panadol, Aquafresh, Beechams and Niquitin.

You will interrogate specific store and group data and present a sales story in order to influence availability, visibility and secondary sightings for the brands.

Working autonomously as well as within a team, you will be target driven and responsive to deadlines. Able to build strong working relationships with your clients you will be comfortable working with a wide range of data in order to present compelling in store information.

The successful candidate will have an FMCG background and/or experience within the top 4 Grocery Multiples and be of graduate calibre. You will be able to clearly demonstrate commercial acumen to drive the ROI.

Permanent Part Time Field Sales Executive: 25 hours per week to be worked Monday to Thursday
Remuneration: £7.42 per hour plus annual bonus & mileage

Here at CPM we are recruiting for a Part Time Confectionery Consultant to join our team driving sales and improving the displays and availability of the UK’s most iconic confectionery products on behalf of our client within the independent sector.

What is the role?
In this exciting role you will maximize sales opportunities, advise retailers of new products and promotions, ensure existing and new displays meet high standards and are maintained following agreed plans & negotiate for extra and additional ranges. You will also be collecting stock from a cash & carry and selling in the confectionary brands during your calls.

You will be representing much-loved confectionary brands. Fully aware of competitor activity, you will gather information and encourage input from customers, using your strong influencing skills to establish and build rapport. All the information you collect in call will be recorded on a tablet.

Who are we looking for?
