Stanley Black and Decker are launching Stanley Fat Max Bays into B&Q stores. It is the first time the full range has gone into a DIY retailer and will be supported with a television advertising campaign to promote the launch. The Stanley Fat Max range is designed to appeal to the professional DIYer or "prosumer".

Working as a CPM Brand Ambassador you will be working in nominated B&Q stores supporting this launch and proactively engaging with customers and store staff alike to promote the range. You will actively demonstrate the product(s) and educate DIYers on the features and benefits of the range with a hope to convert this customer engagement into sales through the till.

There will be a 1 day paid product training seminar which will allow you to fully immerse yourself into the brand products and have full training on the tools you will be demonstrating in store. This will also be a great opportunity to meet your Team Manager and share tips and advice on how to be successful in store.

Pay rate: £70 per day

What will you be doing?

• Uniform will be provided at brief, which will consist of a branded polo top, combat trousers and steel toe capped shoes

CPM are recruiting sales agents to support and drive sales and increase product range for our client Pepsico, we will be visiting over 5000 nominated outlets nationwide.

Working details:
Start date – day after attending training
Working 5 days a week between Monday – Saturday (ideally Tuesday to Saturdays) 
5.5 days to be worked (calls to be front loaded as much a possible)

Briefing date:
Face to Face Briefing
- To be arranged with Team Manager

Remuneration:
o Pay Rate – £70 plus a completion bonus £5 per day
o Incentive - On target bonus (details to be given at the briefing)
o Mileage – 28p per mile

Our Sales agents will be interacting with decision makers to promote and sell Pepsico products visiting on-trade independent outlets. You will meet with the decision makers face-to-face which allows you to showcase your personalities and add value to the client`s products when completing transfer orders.

We offer a 1 day paid product training seminar which allows new Sales Advisor the opportunity to meet our client and share tips and advice on how to successfully sell into your retailers. You will also have a Team Manager who will give regular guidance and mentoring to ensure your individual success.

Role:
o Collect POS from briefing (small amount of pens, beer mats and tent cards)
o You will be required to visit a minimum of 12 outlets per day
o Drive sales of Walker Crisps core flavours, Deli flavours and snacks
o Complete transfer order forms which will be passed to the fulfilments team to complete the delivery
o Increase sales and providing POS kits to support outlets
o Complete online reporting on TRF- you will require an Android or Apple smart device to complete this.

Ideal Candidates will have proven experience in:
o Selling into independent on trade outlets
o Money reconciliation / Transfer orders
o Planning an organising your time efficiently
