- Work in a customer communication centre for white mail, telephone and web enquiries
or be involved in outbound consumer communication
- Handle customer complaints/requests for further product information
- Make face to face customer care calls or up-sell and or ensure customers are using
the right level of product service
- Or be involved in retail activity to support manufacturers distribution initiatives
Often these roles will include telemarketing, telesales and or call centre work.
